Open the top of the output device and check for any foreign materials (such as slip sheet paper) that may be stuck to the collection nozzle on the front of the imaging head. If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact your local Customer Service Representative. This error is reported. Cause 1: The debris removal collection nozzle is actually blocked. Solution: Check the nozzle for obstructions (ie slipsheet) and remove. Cause 2: The sensor tube for the debris collection nozzle is connected to the wrong input on the pressure sensor. The nozzle sensor tube should always be on the 'LOW' connection of the nozzle's pressure sensor. Setra brand sensors are labeled 'LOW' and 'HIGH'. Check output device UDRC documentation for the correct Motorolla sensor port. Cause 3: The nozzle pressure sensor is wired incorrectly. Check the continuity of the sensor wires, looking for shorts. Cause 4: Incorrect Debris Removal NVS parameters are being used. Refer to the tables on page 1 in Debris Removal Firmware Guide on the Techplanet for latest nozzle related parameters.
